From the popular shoujo manga and anime created by Aya Nakahara, Nobu and Nakao are characters from Lovely Complex. Ishihara Nobuko is Koizumi Risa's best friend and we can agree that Otani Atsushi best friend is probably Heikichi Nakao. Together, they're always planning ways to hook up Risa and Otani.

Charming and has a good sense of fashion, Nobu is the one who has a knack for the ways of love and enjoys giving advice to her friends. Sadly her plans to get Risa and Otani together tends to end up failing. With her easy-going and slightly whipped boyfriend, we usually find Nakao teaming up with his dear girlfriend scheming something one step at a time.

As for their own relationship, Nobu and Nakao have been a couple for a long time and are seen as the most "lovey-dovey" of the group. Nobu calls Nakao, "darling," and Nakao couldn't have been more dedicated to Nobu. As perfect as a couple as they seem, they do have their own flaws, where one time when Nakao's discovered porn stash lead to a steaming Nobu.
